Where is the steering wheel tilt on a range rover sport?

I just bought a 2006 Range Rover Sport but it didn't come with a manual. I can't find a button or lever to tilt or telescope the steering wheel.|||assuming a north american model, it's underneath the steering column. there's a lever you pull down that releases it. then you can tilt it up/down and move it forward/back.
