How do you lift the back seat of a rover 214(new shape)?

I am trying to replace the middle seatbelt on a rover 214 R reg. However cannot figure out how to lift the back seat. I have managed to fold down back of the seat but cannot lift the botom part of it.|||Have you tried asking the dealer service department??? They should tell you for free.
