Is it still possible to get spares for Rover cars?

I have just bought a Rover 45 and am a little worried that i will not be able to buy spares for it should anything go wrong. Do you know of anywhere that manufactures Rover parts?|||Yes.

MG-Rover did not supply the spare parts to dealers, they awarded that contract to a company called X-Part, which is a division of Caterpillar Logistics.

X-Part still exists, and still supplies spare parts for Rover cars.

See http://www.xpart.com/ for details of your local stockist (usually a former MG-Rover dealer).

Alternatively, there are still a large number of Rovers on UK roads, some of which will be involved in accidents or suffer expensive failures (like with any other car) which means they become a supply of used spare parts through breakers yards.|||I've got an old Rover 200 and I can still get spares, in fact it is at the garage now. I've managed to get some off ebay before, don't worry too much unless your car needs alot done to it. I have to admit I know a pretty good mechanic who isn't a cowboy and that can save money too if anything goes wrong.|||yes you can one good thing about rovers is that they used standard parts , eg lucas etc. scrap yards are full of rovers too. you'll be fine for a few years yet or until the rover rot sets in|||They'll be available for a long time in breakers yards. My father in law has a rover and hasnt had any problems getting spares xxx|||ye check ebay or a scrap yard.thats the cheapest option. if you can buy them from a garage u will most deffo pay over the odds so to speak|||I don't think it should be a problem - parts are still being produced.|||im not sure, and not trying to be mean but you should have checked before you bought it|||moss of europe ltd, nr heathrow,|||yes but i think they will be quite expensive. sorry to be th bearer of bad news
