How do i bleed the system of a Land Rover Freelander?

There is air in the fuel system of my Land Rover Freelander 1998 2 Litre injection diesel and i would like to know how to bleed the system and get the air out. Thankyou.|||shouldnt have to do anything but crank it over a few times

Where would the thermostat for a 1998 Land rover discovery be located?

Have an overheating land rover discovery and believe the thermostat is stuck closed and would like to replace it. Is this located on the outlet of the water pump?|||I've always followed the top radiator hose back to the engine, that's usually where the thermostat housing is located.|||follow the top radiator hose. if on the end of the hose has a housing then the thermostat is under it.|||if its petrol v8 in the bottom hose

I'm purchasing a 2006 Range Rover Sport with about 30 thousand miles. I am curious what the maintenance will be like beyond the 50 thousand mile 4 year warantee.|||there are starting to be more and more early model range rover sports exiting the new car warranty, but it's really hard to get a definitive answer.. you're definitely gonna go through brakes like crazy. it's a consequence of driving a vehicle that's almost 3 tons. i'm around 58k and nothing so far. the RRS hasn't been any different, maintenance-wise, than my wife's 2000 BMW (E39). everything else has been covered under warranty. just make sure you read up on the TSBs and get anything done|||Very, very expensive. Forget it mate, and buy Japanese.
